This serves the secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption.

You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”.

5. Enquiry form, e-mail and telephone

Enquiry form

When you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the details you provide: company name, contact person, business e-mail address, telephone number, the selected service and your message. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare an individual quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Storage in our CRM system

Data from the enquiry form is stored in our customer relationship management system (CRM) so that enquiries can be processed reliably and quotes prepared.

No further disclosure of your data to third parties takes place.

Spam protection

To protect against automated submissions we check technical characteristics of the transmission, such as how long the form took to complete and the number of requests per IP address. No external services are involved. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Enquiries by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it, is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request.

6. Cookies

Technically necessary storage on this website is minimal: your decision in the consent banner is stored locally in your browser so that you are not asked again on every visit.

7. Google Tag Manager

Transfer to third countries

When Google Analytics is used, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Even so, a level of data protection fully equivalent to the European one cannot be guaranteed in every case for third countries.
